  • “I live in a condo in Northford, CT. We have all electric heat. During the winter of 2008-2009 I had 2 heat/electic bills that were almost $500 and 2 that were almost $400. I called Mike at Elite. He came out and recommended that I needed to upgrade my system. He installed a new Rheem 16 Seer Serial Communicating R410a heat pump, and a series 500 thermostat. Last winter and even as cold as it has been this year , my highest bill was $260. The house is warm and the thermostat actually tells us what is going on both inside and out. I’m sure I have saved at least a $1000 since the new system was installed. Plus I was able to take advantage of both a Rheem rebate and a federal tax credit which saved me additional money. I talk with my neighbors and we have the lowest electric bills in the complex. One of my neighbors just had a $600 bill. I would recommend this unit to anyone that needs an upgrade. "
